Stephanie Hamilton from Magic Carpet was excellent. My Pilot arrived to LA from Hawaii early and she was able to adjust the pick-up schedule quickly. Good communication throughout. Vehicle was delivered early - good communication between the Truck Driver and us - he called several days out and we were able to coordinate a revised delivery location. Only downside was the vehicle arrived dirty. I would use this service again.
