I checked with multiple companies and selected Magic Carpet because they were more truthful, helpful and rated well. I have come to realize the business of transporting cars is tough as the drivers/trucks operate independently and trying to time things for certain pick-ups and drop offs is very difficult when you are hauling 10 -14 vehicles. It is unreasonable or ignorant to think otherwise. Don't believe a company when they GUARENTEE times unless you want to be fooled or willing to pay a very high price. Magic Carpet explained the realities of the business. Our job went as well as could be expected. In fact, to make the pick-up work, the folks at Magic reallocated some of their share of the fee to get a driver reassigned to be on time. I would use them again. Crystal as our contact did her job well!
