The Magic Carpet guys helped promptly for booking and setting up the dates of pickup.But the pickup was delayed, initially they said they are coming in morning, later told in noon, then in the evening, but finally came around 10 PM. Only bad experience was the behaviour of the contact person from Magic Carpet, when I was complaining about this delay and I got a reply which made me feel I am trapped.But after that the person was helpful. The driver of the carrier was gentle, but difficult to understand. But the dates promised by them were correct. Overall I may use this service again. The car was dirty but not broken.
