Kathy was excellent to deal with from magic carpet, she was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. She did everything she could to help in the transportation of my truck with the carrier, and would phone just to give updates and information. The driver Alex had the "customer package" (paperwork) all ready for me at the meeting spot and the truck ready to go for me when I got there - I would use Magic carpet again because it seemed that Kathy cared wether or not it was going smoothly for me and would work on my behalf when potential problems might arise.
