Magic Carpet was okay, but they are just a middle-man broker. They gave me the carrier's contact information and I had better real time information than Magic Carpet. The carrier made promises about the pick up date and time, but postponed 4 times before finally picking up. Probably not much that Magic Carpet could do about that, other than better screen their carriers and weed out those who don't perform. Ultimately my car arrived in good shape within a couple of days of when I expected it, and I have no complaints.
