After having some trouble nailing down a pickup time through another company, I called Kathy to ask a couple of general questions about vehicle shipment. She answered them all thoroughly, advised me about several options, and took some information to see what she could do about my compressed time line. Within approximately 1 1/2 hours she had a pickup arranged that would occur within about 1 day from the time I called. Unfortunately, the other company that already had my money finally found someone to pick up my vehicle (after about 1 week of no information every time that I called). Needless to say, I will be calling Kathy when I get ready to move back to the mainland to get my vehicle where I need it to go. She went above and beyond to help me even though she knew there may be a possibility that the other company would get the contract due to the fact that they already had my money, and was willing to answer all of my questions honestly. She is a rare find today and if her service is any indication of that provided by Magic Carpet then one could do no better than to use their services.
