I just bought a used SUV in Massachusetts and needed to get it to my house in the Florida Keys in a hurry. So- I made two random Email requests for transport quotes and was inundated with calls from brokers hustling for business.

My great good fortune was to answer an Email from Magic Carpet Auto Transport and speak with one of their travel counsellors named Malia. In very short order, Malia de-mystified the vehicle shipping process for me, including my questions regarding vehicle insurance while in transit. Once we agreed on a price, Malia informed me that she would be my travel consultant, and would keep me apprised as to pick up and delivery times, as well as info on the vehicle's progress in transit.

The entire process went perfectly according to plan and my vehicle arrived safe, sound and on time in Miami.
Thanks to Malia and all the good people at Magic Carpet, I need make but one quick call when it is time to bring my SUV north in the fall. Good product, GREAT service!
