Crystal was my contact person. She was very helpful and frank. She helped me at every step of transaction. Only thing they didnot mention was 3% credit card handling fee, it was not on website, any email or phone conversations, I realised it only aftermy card was charged and I called them to find out what had happened. Overall good service. Would recommend to others and would use again.
