I first e-mailed Magic to get information and a quote and Crystal e-mailed me right back with the information. My husband and I both talked to Crystal to finalize our plans on shipping our car and Crystal was always very friendly, efficient and professional.

Our car was supposed to be picked up on a Wednesday but it ended up being Friday, but that was because Ward, the truck driver, could not make it there as scheduled. We had Ward's cell number and we were in contact with him when we needed to be. Since we would be gone on the Friday that he was coming through town, we had to leave the car by a car dealership. When he came to pick it up one of the tires was flat, but luckily the car was right next door to a tire shop and tWard took it there and they fixed the tire. The truck driver even paid for the repair and we reimbursed him.

I have only good things to say about Crystal, who was our only contact with Magic Carpet Auto and would certainly use them again if the need came up. And we were very pleased with the way Ward treated us as well.
