This was my first time shipping a car and I was very apprehensive about it, but the entire experience was trouble free and worry free. Crystal walked me through the entire process, got me into the system quickly and got my pick up date scheduled fast. The driver was friendly and courteous. He was in constant contact with me throughout the trip so I always knew the tentative delivery window. Great experience and the price was good.
