The company was great, and Stephanie was very helpful. The gentleman who picked up my car, David, called me the day before the promised pickup date (not available, but promised) and told me he would be there the next day, thus delaying delivery 1 day. He was polite, and since we weren't in a hurry it was okay. We payed 220 to Magic Carpet and 780 to the driver in cash upon delivery - for a coast to coast trip, it was perfect. My car is in great shape and there wasn't any visible damage. Thank you!
