From the time I picked up the phone to inquire about price until the time it was delivered, the service and people were extremely professional, courteous, and always kept me informed about the status of the delivery. Having never used such a service before, I was a bit skeptical. Stephanie was courteous, timely and specific. The driver was very professional, friencly, experienced and courteous as well. My car arrived in perfect shape and while it was picked up a day later than expected, it actually arrived at my home two days earlier!!! The real surprise was, while I paid for an open carrier, my car arrived in a covered carrier. What a treat! Negotiated price was very competitive and no additional or hidden charges took place. I actually chose Magic Carpet thru similar reviews online, as well as research on BBB. I narrowed it down to two and went with Magic due to the fewest overall complaints. Absolutely no regrets and would definitely use them again.
