Before I made decision, I did quote with about 10 different companies. Magic carpet is not the cheapest, but lower the average. I called magic carpet about 3 times before I made decision. Every time, there is someone picked up the phone and help me on my questions. That makes me feel that they are realiable. I am glad that I met Malia on the phone. She is professional and honest. The car was picked up 2 days later than the notice. I guess that is because I got notice just the day after I put order. Anyways, you cann't expect that the car will be picked up righaway after u putting order. I got the car on time. Before the car arrived, I was called three times ahead and was informed the schedule. Another thing that I am pretty happy about is that the service is really DOOR TO DOOR. My apartment is hidden at the end of a narrow road. Driver delivered my car right outside of my apartment!
