The service we received from Magic Carpet and particularly Malia, our contact person, and Ken the trucker, was outstanding from start to finish. Specifically, I was told the absolute truth about what could be promised and what could not. They needed a time frame of 7 days in which to pick up the car and would try hard to make it as close to the preferred date as possible. I gave a window of three days preference and it was met. When there was a miscommunication about time for pick up, Malia apologized profusely and corrected it immediately.
After the car was picked up I was given a date when the car would be delivered which turned out not to work for me. When I informed Malia that it had to be the next day, there was no argument it was simply agreed to. Ken called to say the car was to be delivered at a certain time and when I asked that it be two hours later he said fine. We set a time of 2:00 and he was there at exactly 2:00! In addition, Ken was the driver who picked up the car in Las Vegas exactly when he said he would and he was the one who delivered it 2500 miles later. When the car was sent out to Vegas through a very different company it was transported by three different drivers and scratched badly. The whole experience with Magic Carpet was pleasant, easy, and reliable. The type of service you hope for but so seldom receive. Given my experience with Malia, I recommend Magic Carpet without reservation.
