Our Experience with the first time we had an auto transported

The vehicle was delivered in a timely manner. It was picked up 2 days after the initial contact with the transport carrier "Magic Carpet". We were so pleased until we discovered the GPS was stolen and the brake line was broken. We thought it was odd that the radar detector and all the cd's were not stolen. The truck was on the top of the car carrier so it had to be a feat for the person who broke into the truck. The brake line was damaged due to the fact that the chain that secured the truck was wrapped around the rear axle. It was a slow leak so fortunately there was no accident when we first drove the vehicle. How the claim is handled will determine if I use this company again. This was our first experience with transporting a vehicle so we are very disappointed. We are still trying to figure out when the truck was broken into since it was on the road the entire 3 days except when it was picked up and driven by the driver to his home.
