I purchaced a car on ebay. Selecting a carrier was the most difficult decision. I bought a book on auto purchases on ebay and it gave advise on what to look for and what to avoid.
After calling Majic Carpet and talking to Kathy - I asked questions about deposits, payment, schedule, updates - all of which she answered to my satisfaction.
The deposit was collected via CC at pick up and the bal due at delivery! Great piece of mind!
The person I bought from warned that given he lived in Yakima - it might take a while to find a truck BUT SURPRISE! the car was picked up in ony 2 days!
Kathy informed me who picked up, when and give me information on the truck and the driver!
Lastly, the driver called me several times and even asked if it was possible to deliver early! YES! He was most helpful, a very nice guy.
Thanks again Kathy and Majic Carpet for your efforts - I'll be sure to tell anyone who is considering auto transport about your company.
