I was a touch disappointed that my vehicle was not picked up on the day I wanted but then it was made clear to me on the very first call that there is a 1 to 7 day window in which my vehicle will be picked up. But then the Vehicle was delivered before time and it was the way I last saw it at origin. Kathy was very polite and easy to work with.! I am happy with the service provided and and would recommend this company for moving auto.
