KATHY (ex 209) WAS AN EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE! I called on the evening of 10/14/08; she had a driver by noon on 10/15/08. The car was picked up later that evening and was safely delivered before noon on 10/16/08. Her willingness to keep me informed during the process was greatly appreciated. The driver; Mark was very friendly. He also took extra measures in keeping in touch with me until the car was delivered. I would recommend your services to anyone needing an automobile transported.
