I called many companies. Direct transport, brokers. Spoke with lots of companies. It was a bit much. But this company stood out from the rest. I think because of the rating system on this web site. And also when I spoke with Crystal the manager she was honest about everything. I was a bit nervous about using a broker but because of there rating I gave it a try. AND BOY AM I GLAD I DID. First thing that happened was my vehicle was on a truck in less then 1 hour. I got a call back within 15 minutes, saying they have a driver now. And California has a long wait list for moving vehicles as many people are moving. But they had it on the truck within the hour. They under promised and over delivered. They were on it. Very organized. Then my car arrived in Florida, and somehow I forgot to send the payment, (misunderstanding). So the driver took my car to a towing place and dropped it off. To wait for payment. I was very nervous at first, but knew it was probably my fault. So I called Magic Carpet, as the dispatch for the truck driver was giving me a hard time about it. Magic Carpet got there dispatch manager on the phone with me. She did a conference call with the man giving me a hard time. She was very good with him. Able to speak with him to get him to give me my vehicle by taking a payment from someone elses paypal account. As I didn't have one. Anyway she got my vehicle back immediately, and I had a friend pick it up. I want to say here that it did not go perfecty smooth. But that Magic Carpet was there every step of the way and handled any question or concern I had immediately. It was really very above and beyond for customer service. You could not ask for a better team. and if I were you and wanting to use them I would ask for Crystal the manager. She rocks. I would highly recommend them with to anyone thinking of picking a company to move there vehicel.
