We were given a number of days where the transporter never showed nor ever called. Each time I notified my customer that there was a pickup then I had to recant my story. After the third no show my customer got irate & called your company looking for some satisfaction.
I lost my credibility withe my customer & paid an additional $50. out of my pocket Also spent a lot of time convincing my customer we were honest people.
I was very unhappy with your customer service
