Great Experience - Magic Carpet & Kathy - The BEST

This was our first experience transporting a vehicle, and what a GREAT surprise! Kathy at Magic Carpet was our contact person, and she was on TOP of it the whole time. The pickup was scheduled and they arrived on our first available date. The truckers were courteous, extremely helpful, and very efficient. Communication among all members of the transaction was constant and correct. The truckers contacted us giving us updates, Kathy kept us informed of the location of the vehicle, the shipper contacted us upon receipt, during the voyage, and upon arrival at the port. Every issue was handled swiftly and expeditiously by Kathy. We can't thank Magic Carpet enough for this service. It was worth every penny and they treated our vehicle like it was a new Mercedes Benz when, in fact, it was an old 1994 Toyota pickup truck. It was estimated to take between 22 and 32 days and arrived in 21 days. We couldn't ask for anything more. They are the best!
