My car got to me a bit lateand was ingood condition (though it was understandably dirty because it had trasveled far). The price was reasonable and the man who dropped my car off was very nice. However, the customer service agent told me to go to the pickup location 2 1/2 hours before the driver actually got there, which was kind of boring to wait two hours. The same customer service agent also basically yelled at me and told me I wasn't going to get my car back because I had amoney order and not real cash (even though the website said moneyorder was ok). After negotiation, he finally agreed to accept the check...though I was kind of frightened to talk to the guy after that.
