I used Magic Carpet Auto Transport to move two vehicles from Michigan to Hawaii. I was very nervous about finding the right company. However, with Magic Carpet Auto, I had a wonderful experience and I would advise everyone to use them. Kathy was in constant contact with me to ensure my vehicles were picked up and that I received them on time and in good order. One of our vehicles had a new battery and it was dead upon pick up. We think that perhaps something was left on when it was on the boat. However, Matson jumped it at the port and everything was fine after that. My vehicle shipped fine, arrived in the same condition as when I sent it. I am extremely satisfied with the service that Magic Carpet Auto provides.
In addition, I really enjoyed meeting and speaking with the relocaters Kathy contracted for us, "V & P Auto Relocaters". They are such a nice couple and I would request them if possible. Both Magic Carpet and V & P take great pride in their work and it shows.
Our vehicles took 19 days to arrive, this was right on the schedule given to us by Magic Carpet. When tracking the Matson port was indicating that it would be 5-6 days later, however, Kathy was right on target for the arrival time.
