Matson shipping company was quite a pain to deal with. I showed up to ship my vehicle and they told me that I would have to reschedule my departing flight from the island to be able to ship my vehicle and that it would be impossible for a friend or family member to drop it off for me while I was gone. Cathy from Magic Carpet turned the whole experience around and let me know what I had to do to get the vehicle shipped. Furthermore, the vehicle arrived at the port in richmond over 4 days earlier than expected which really helped out my schedule. The people at Matson tried to wreck my week, but Cathy from Magic Carpet saved the day. I would definitely suggest using them in the future.
