This was my first time having a car transported, but having used movers a few times I went into this with some trepidation. Magic Carpet and Crystal were phenomenal. Price was great, customer service was impeccable, communication was superb - I just can't say enough how happy I am that I found this website and them. They deserve their rating 1000%.
There were 2 tiny hitches that I can't fault them for but should be stated nonetheless. First, after completing the contract I was told the car would be picked up that same day - not necessarily a problem just not what I expected and some schedules had to be manipulated. Second, the hauler did charge me an extra $125 because the car had to be towed. Apparently my father in law ok'd it without telling me. The overall price was reasonable enough though so no need to cause a stink.
Again, 100% satisfied, will absolutely use again and Crystal is superb.
