everything went as promised. stephanie and the rest of the helpful staff were very good and helpful. i give them a 5 star. i called them 2 days before i wanted it picked up. they then got it onto the best truck leaving soon after the date I wanted. my take is that this group is very good, but in the end you are at the mercy of the trucker. mine was good. i have read where others have experienced a bad trucker. i would use them again.
