From the time I had my first conversation with my contact person [Kathy] I was put at ease from what to me looked like a daunting task. Kathy was the most reasonable quote I recieved but that had no affect on the quality of service. She was prompt at returning all my calls and had the answers to my questions . Her knowledge of what would be the best way to move my bus turned out to be spot on. Not to mention she saved me a considerable amount of money.She went over and above what I thought she would do by being the liason bettween myself and the person who sold me the bus.I know that my and the sellers "quirks" had to be tiresome at some point but, she never let on. The vehicle was picked up when she said it would be and delivered when she said it would be. Quite refreshing in todays impersonal buisiness climate. all this during tropical storm Fay pummeling our state! Thanks to her and the driver for a great job! I would definately use them again.
