When I called Magic Carpet Auto, they were very pleasant, courteous, and responsive.
I asked for a particular date, but found it was not going to work, so delayed the timing of the pickup. Malia had said it was not a problem and they could rearrange the schedule. She had another pickup for me in less than a week which worked out a lot better.

The price of the transportation was very good as I had inquired about the price of another mover, and it was half the price, so it fit into my budget very well. I got emails with all the information, reference numbers, phone calls from the driver and all arrangements were made easily and conveniently.

The service has been very thorough and the driver, Mark, was very cooperative and courteous. He drove the car to the designated site which was in a very convenient location for loading and unloading such a big truck. The site was not far from my home which made the time for me very convenient.

I have gotten an email already today saying the truck/car is on its way.

The timing is so good for my son at the other end of the trip also.
