I found this company on the internet and wasn't sure I made the right choice at first, but speaking with Sarah Andrews at magic carpet kept me assured that my vehicle would be picked up
several days went on and no pick-up the wait was long. Finally Sarah called me and they had a driver to pick-up my vehicle at the port in los Angeles California. My vehicle was delivered to me in Colorado the next day. Talk about happy. I will say this I did give up on this company and searched for another company and even spoke to the manager at Magic Carpet Terry he wasn't pleasant to chat with about my conserns he got very rude so I hung up, lucky for mrs Sarah Andrews she called me with a driver to pick-up my auto shortly after the rude conversation with the manager of the company Terry, and convinced me everything was still on track and my auto would be delivered within a few days. Sarah also apologized for the rude conversation with Terry.

Thank you Sarah! If it wasn't for your customer service after all the wait and rude manager I would have went with another company. Again a big thanks and appreciation out to you!!!!!!!!!.

My transport cost was $859.00 from L.A. Port to Colorado.
