Honestly I hired a different transporter before Magic Carpet and my vehicle set there for over a month. The sales rep stayed in contact with me during the whole process. My vehicle was picked up within 10 days of the contract and deposit was not billed until the truck was picked up from the location. This is the first time I've used Magic Carpet and Im very impressed with the whole transport of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend these people to anyone. I will be a customer for life. Thanks
