I had contracted with a company to take my car from San Diego to Chicago. The truck showed up almost a week early and I was not ready to give up my car. So I started scrambling for a new transport company. Magic Carpet responded to my e-mail blast first. Stephanie was very nice and gave me a cost that was only $82 over my previous bid. She called a couple of times and then e-mailed me that she had found someone to pick up the car. The driver was super nice and friendly, (Jeff?). He gave me a ride back to my condo since he had to park his truck several blocks away because of the congestion near my place. He even noticed that a nail was about to puncture my tire and got rid of it! The car arrived a couple of days early. I am VERY satisfied with this service all around.
