First off, I want to thank Sarah Andrews for her exceptional customer service while assisting me with transporting my 1992 Nissan 240sx. I'm currently serving in the United States Navy and am in the logistics and supply chain mainly dealing with customer service, and would like to commend her and extend my thanks to her. I had shopped around for a bit trying to find a reasonably priced, trustworthy company to ship my vehicle and Magic Carpet met and exceeded my expectations. I had spoken to Ms. Andrews and received a quote. Two days later, I was notified that my vehicle would be picked up the following afternoon and that the transit time would be five days. Ms Andrews updated me almost daily on the status of my vehicle and also answered all of my questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend Magic Carpet Auto transport to anyone in need of a shipping company.
