I was really worried since it was my first time shipping my jeep. But the shipping went great it was delayed a day because of the freezing rain and snow but that's understandable. Both the driver and Felicia communicated with me well. She also responded numerous times to me giving me updates on the weekend when she was off work. If I have to ship a car again I will definitely use them. 5 stars all around
