I engaged this company over 3 weeks prior to the required pick up date. I had purchased a commercial flight to the city where the vehicle would be dropped off and housed. All of the contact and follow up concerning the status of securing a shipper was on my behalf. The company never initiated any sort of update. Four days prior to my requested pick up date, I called the company and no carrier had been contracted to haul my vehicle. I had to cancel my flight and reschedule at substantial cost and inconvenience because they were unable to meet the transport window they had promised. Furthermore, the supervisor would not return my calls and address some sort of solution. Having been a small business owner, I’m not sure how this company has been able to move ahead with this level of service and lack of follow through. I would definitely look elsewhere for vehicle hauling services.
