Dear Mrs. Smith,
I'm sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the customer service that you received from Cory, His job as a sales agent is to inform you of the transport process and to quote you the cost to move your vehicle, after that the care transfers over to the customer service department, it is then our responsibility to stay in contact throughout the process. In looking through the notes on your order, I see that we have been in touch with you on numerous occasions, I had spoken with you personally after the carrier had picked up your vehicle and you had said everything went well.
