Jon did an excellent job taking take of us in getting our SUV transported from Seattle to Orlando! He kept in constant contact with me in trying to get our car picked up and delivered in the time needed. The price ended up being higher than what we had hoped but we learned it was the industry and the drivers will bid on the transport. We were told originally we had to have cash on hand for the driver upon pick up but when he arrived, he didn't seem to know anything about it. Once we got Jon on the phone, he straighted it out and we then had to priority overnight our funds to our friend who was accepting delivery for us in Florida. There was a funny burnt rubber smell in the car upon arrival but it went away in a few days. Unsure what the origin of the smell was from.
