Don explained the process thoroughly and had someone ready to pick up the truck very quickly. He also followed up a number of times, which was nice. My only complaint was the trucking company that delivered the truck wasn't very specific on the delivery date and time, but it made it there in a timely manner and in good shape. Overall good experience and would recommend to others. Side note, I was given a number that I could follow up with on the delivery and easily got the information needed by calling.
