Since this was our first transport and unfamiliar with the process we really cannot compare transports and if this was good vs bad. We were able to get a carrier a few days before needed with a price $100 higher than requested. Our vehicle arrived as we had left it other than it being dirty from the transport. Jon did keep in contact during the process. Our vehicle unfortunately took 14 days to arrive to us and that was very disappointing and we would never use CAA Transport again. We were quoted $1225, but paid $1325.
