Magic Carpet Auto quoted me $1650 to ship my vehicle in an enclosed carrier. The actual cost to ship was $1950. I was also told the car would be picked up Sunday or Monday and it was actually picked up Tuesday evening. I had to call repeatedly to check with Casey on the progress of my pick up and never received a direct answer. It wasn't until I asked for the carrier's number and called them myself that I was able to get answers on the whereabouts of my vehicle. Overall, Magic Carpet Auto found a great carrier but the customer service following payment was unsatisfactory.

I work Mon- Friday 8-5pm and i am always here when you needed me , Also you never had to accept this carrier it was only an offer. When we talked you said your other company could not find you a carrier and when i called with our carrier you sounded very up beat and glad to hear we were able to come threw .
