Honesty and follow through are getting harder and harder to find these days and as a consumer, I expect that the people I'm counting on and spending the money for, will actually do the work for me. It's so frustrating when you're paying someone and you end up doing more work then the agent. I guess I'm just old school in the fact that I believe when I'm hired to do a job I do it to the best of my abilities even if it doesn't always work out...sometimes it's reward in itself knowing you helped someone in some small way.
