I used Magic Carpet Auto Transport as my transport broker. I went with them because they were in the general area of where I was living. I was getting my project truck shipped from Washington to California. I was told pick up was going to happen within 1 to 5 days, as per the "industry standard." It took 6. Not a huge deal but it was to me since I couldn't move myself to California until my truck was picked up. It was very frustrating sitting in a packed up house wondering if I would be leaving that morning/afternoon/night, etc. Communication was so-so and I noticed it dropped off the more frustrated I grew with waiting for the pick up. The other issue was that when the carrier came to pick up my truck, the driver was not tracking the 4 inch lift kit and 33 inch tires on my truck. I had clearly explained the modifications to Magic Carpet Auto Transport and wanted them to insure that I was assigned a carrier able/equipped to handle it. The driver did not know if my truck was going to fit on his auto transporter and told my if it wouldn't my vehicle would have to go through the dispatch process (another 1-5 days) all over again. He claims he was not aware of the modifications to the vehicle. All in all, I would go with them again in the future.
