Not a 5 star service company

I chose this company based on its rating but was disappointment with the service that I received.

After confirming my order with the company I never heard back from them or received any updates. I called couple times and I was told that they were trying to find a carrier. Finally when there was no news about the pickup 2 days before the schedule I called them again and someone else in the company decided to have a look at my order. They were able to find a Carrier but I was told that it would now cost me $110 more than the quote. Since I had to have my car shipped I had no choice but to accept the increased quote.

The car was picked up on time but it took 12 days (longer than the 7 days that I was originally quoted). In the end I will think really hard before going through this company again.

The extra cost always comes from the carrier and was just an option that we call you with . Thanks for your business and call if i can help again , Casey J
