I can't offer a 5-star review because Magic Carpet wasn't able to actually pick up my car, but I do offer a 4-star review for the awesome service and support I got from Sue Garrison!

My car was located in the backwoods of Kentucky, in the middle of nowhere near a national park, and unfortunately after a week of trying Magic Carpet just couldn't find anyone to get my car! Neither could any of several other brokers I tried and I eventually had to go with a little known company and a bizarre two-stage process to get my car moved, but that isn't what this review is about.

I'm writing this review specifically to thank Sue Garrison for her amazing support while trying to get my car moved. Sue was honest with me every step of the way, told me upfront that moving a car out of the middle of nowhere Kentucky might take a little longer than normal and she spoke with me by phone regularly to let me know how things were going.

If it wasn't for Sue I would have cancelled my order with Magic Carpet after the first two days because I was getting so many promises from their competitors that they could get the car picked up "right away!" but in the end I stuck it out with Sue because she just seemed honest and nice, she told me exactly how their business worked and why it was unlikely that other companies could actually do any better and, in fact, I learned enough about how these brokers work from her that I could probably start my own now if I wanted to!

In the end I did let several other companies attempt to get my car moved and just like Sue said, none of them had any luck. My car just sat and sat until I finally found a really small broker with some unconventional ideas and he was able to get my car moved. To her credit when I called Sue to cancel and tell her about the new guy she gave me a ton of advice on what to ask this guy about his weird plan and how to feel him out to see if he was honest and then when the car got moved she wanted to know all about how he did it so that she could better serve her customers in the future.

As you can tell from my review I really came to like Sue Garrison, in a sea of rather slimy feeling brokers calling me at all hours and talking bad about one another and making me promises none of them could keep, Sue was a breath of fresh air who said nothing bad about anyone else and just told it like it was.

I would definitely give Sue a call for any future moves I had planned!

Even though I couldn't get it transported for you, you have passed along some very valuable information that I can use in the future.
