Jeff was excellent, and the communication was great. He was honest and upfront about the cost. The time it took from pickup to drop off was a little longer than I expected originally, but it was still within a reasonable timeframe. The driver was kind enough to drive the car to my apartment, since he couldn't bring the truck out (the street I live on is a small street in an urban area). All I had to do was drive him back to his truck, which was just 2 blocks away.
