I called Magic Carpet because I saw that they were highly rated in the reviews. I had called another company first and had waited over a week and never heard from them. When I called Magic Carpet Kathy answered and was very kind and helpful to me. She told me that I should not have had to wait that long and said she would work hard to get my car out. I was pleasantly surprised when she called me back the next day and said that the driver will pick your car up tomorrow.
Through the week she keep me posted and also kept checking with the driver about my car. The driver was great and my car arrived right to my door. I would recommend Magic Carpet and would also recommend that you ask for Kathy. She was great. Thanks
