I contacted Magic Carpet after reading reviews on this site. I was having issues with the company I was going to go with, so I decided to find another shipper. I am glad I did! In less than one hour after my first contact with Jeff Vigue, he called me back to let me know he already had my car scheduled for pickup. That was on a Friday night. The car was in fact picked up the next morning and was on its way to me!

In six days the car was delivered to me - from AZ to PA no problem. The driver was professional and called me twice to let me know where he was and when my car would be delivered. Jeff also kept in contact with me from the time the car was scheduled for pickup until it was delivered.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had with any shipper. Please understand that it's not all about who has the lowest pricing. I've been through it before and can tell you that you get what you pay for. the last time i made low prices the most important qualification, my car was actually missing for two weeks! The driver wouldn't return my calls and I was going to report the car stolen with the PA state police. When it finally got to me, the driver tried charging me more than the quote. Bad scene!

Go with a shipper that gets the best reviews. I will call Magic Carpet from now on and I'll ask to have Jeff Vigue be my contact there.
