very friendly and professional from the very beginning when i was still shopping for a carrier.
there was no pressure and MC was willing to compete with other quotes.
Corey, my contact was always accessible and if he was not the others were friendly professional and very helpful. By the way, once I decided to go ahead with MC, the car was picked up the same day. Also, there was a Hurricane in NY once the carrier was close by (NJ) but this did not present much of a problem although there was and still is a gas shortage..

I am in the hospitality industry and have high expectation for customer service. Everything was perfect. Even the driver, although he hardly spoke English was very sweet and communicative.
The driver's company assisted easily when needed.

Something else interesting to think about if you read the reviews, the employees of MC have been there for quite awhile which makes me think they are well taken care of by their employer. This is a formula for good customer service.

Dont hesitate to use MC..
