I was amazed with the excellent service I received from Magic Carpet. I contacted Jeff on Sunday, Oct. 21 st and he explained the entire transport process to me. (I had never shipped a vehicle before). I made my deposit at that time and he explained that he would find a carrier for our car from 1 to 7 days from that time and that the car would be delivered by November 2 or 3.
I received a call from Jeff the next day stating that our car would be picked up on Wednesday, the 24th. The carrier service was friendly and prompt and our car was delivered to our daughter on Saturday, the 27th!
This whole process went as smooth as could be and would not hesitate to use the company again.
