Kaleigh explained in detail the expected process to move the car from TX to CA. We picked an aggressive number to get a carrier to pick up the car but it was ~20 miles from the major freeway. After almost four weeks, we increased the price offered and got the car onto a carrier. About a week later Sergei arrived with the car within the one hour window he estimated; important since I had to take off from work to meet him. Overall, service was excellent.
