This was the first time I had my car shipped during a move, so I was unfamiliar with the process. Magic Carpet did an excellent job making sure that my car was delivered as promised and for the price that was quoted. Specifically, Sue Garrison was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and explaining how everything worked. I also ran into some logistical difficulties and payment issues with the delivery people, but every time I did, Sue immediately addressed the problems and made sure that I recieved my car when promised and for the cost that was quoted. After having an awful time with the company that handled shipping my household goods, I realized even more how important it is to have an agent that will actually stand by you even after you've already decided to go with their company and turn over your property and pay money. I highly recommend Magic Carpet, and if you are going to deal with a particular agent, I highly recommend Sue!
